The County Membership Scheme (County Card) exists to provide the opportunity for golfing members of affiliated clubs in Devon to play courses in the County, other than their Home Club, at half green fee subject to certain conditions which are printed on the Card. The Devon scheme runs annually from 1st April to 31st March.

From 1^st April 2008, the Scheme will include most affiliated clubs in Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset & Wiltshire giving a total of approx 200 clubs to play. The current cost for Devon’s Card is £15.00 (£5.00 for juniors).

RULES & CONDITIONS

1. Use of this Card is not transferable.

2. You must make a tee-booking at least 1 day in advance of the intended date of your visit.

3. On presentation of this signed card to the Secretary, Manager or Official of any of the Clubs printed on the following pages, the Member is entitled in Devon to one day's play on the Course during the year upon payment of half of the appropriate Adult or Junior Green Fee.

4. Conditions of card acceptance referred to above may vary at Clubs in other Participating Counties.

5. When you check in, a Club Official MUST STRIKE THROUGH the name of that Club on the Member’s Card and record the Member's Name, Card No. & Date of Visit.

6. This card is not intended for use as part of a Society booking

7. Play is entirely at the discretion of the Host Club.

8. The Member agrees to abide by its Rules & Regulations & those of the Club being visited.

9. The County Card Scheme is available to Lady Members of the DCLGA.

10. Report lost, stolen or destroyed cards to your Secretary / Manager.
